McKenzie Drive

This contemporary bathroom remodel began after a toilet leak required the existing tile and flooring to be removed. The space was rebuilt with new heated floors, an oversized freestanding tub designed to comfortably fit a 6-foot-6 user, painted cabinetry, new countertops, relocated lighting, and updated fixtures. A decorative tile band wraps around the entire room, visually connecting each area while creating a more comfortable and cohesive bathroom.

This complete primary bedroom and bathroom remodel required major layout changes, including wall modifications, fireplace removal, and relocating the skylight to create a more functional suite. The bathroom was updated with a new bathtub and toilet, painted double-vanity cabinetry, new countertops, and a glass-enclosed shower, while the adjoining bedroom received coordinated finishes and vertical wall paneling. The redesigned layout improves flow, natural light, storage, and everyday comfort.

This kitchen renovation began when the homeowner’s new stove would not fit within the existing cabinetry and appliance layout. The cabinet configuration was modified to accommodate the range, while the existing cabinets were sanded and refinished, new countertops were installed, and a tile backsplash was added. These targeted updates improved appliance fit and everyday function without requiring a complete kitchen replacement.

This bathroom addition was created for two teenagers by removing three existing walls and expanding the original 4½-foot-wide space into a more functional layout. The redesigned bathroom features a doorless shower with an extra-tall privacy wall, marble-look wall tile, dark hexagon floor tile, matte black fixtures, a new vanity, countertops, backsplash, cabinetry, and discreet storage. The finished space provides greater privacy, durability, and everyday function while maintaining a clean, open appearance.
